How can we document the form of energy in an era of energy transition? Through cinematic movements, the film unfolds as an inverse journey to Plato’s allegory of the cave̶descending instead towards a mine originally built during the communist period. There, the energies of geology, collective labor, industry, and spirit converge and accelerate, forming a meditation on materiality, transformation, and speed.
