Carolina Modena and Cristina Ganem arrive in Antarctica with an extraordinary challenge: to swim five thousand strokes in its icy waters, without thermal protection. They barely know each other, but the expedition confronts them with the cold, exhaustion, and an extreme landscape that tests their bodies and transforms their relationship.
